Every trip.
Every cost.
A clearer picture.
01 / BEYOND THE PAYOUT
A busy week can look like a good week. But fuel, maintenance, other expenses, and time on the road all affect what you keep.
Financial OS puts income beside the costs of earning it, so you can see more than a payout total.
What came in from your driving.
What you spent to make it happen.
The hours and miles that put earnings in context.
BUILT FOR RIDESHARE
For rideshare drivers making everyday decisions about their time, their vehicle, and their money. Whether driving is your main work or part of your week, the economics deserve a closer look.
02 / INSIDE FINANCIAL OS
CURRENT PROTOTYPE
Implemented in the development app.
Not yet a public production release.
Record trips and business expenses. Add and edit entries manually to keep the details of your work organized.
THE EVERYDAY DETAILSReview recorded income and spending in a unified history, with the context behind individual entries.
A RECORD TO RETURN TOExplore trip performance and expense patterns. See profit per hour and per mile using the data recorded in the app.
EFFICIENCY IN CONTEXTReview recorded business miles, mileage deductions, and simplified tax-reserve estimates. Current tooling focuses on 2026 federal self-employment and Massachusetts estimates.
PLANNING, NOT TAX FILINGBring recorded earnings, costs, and profitability into the app's financial dashboard. Manage your data manually and understand the numbers together.
The picture is only as complete as the data recorded. Rideshare integration testing currently uses mock data; live Uber and Lyft connections are future work.
03 / FOLLOW THE MONEY
One illustrative shift.
A more useful way to read the numbers.

What the work cost
What remains before tax
Then put it in context. Across 6 recorded hours and 120 business miles, that's $30 per hour and $1.50 per mile. All figures are illustrative, not an earnings forecast.
Tax planning is a separate view. A mileage deduction is not an additional cash expense subtracted from operating profit. Estimates are simplified and do not replace a complete tax calculation.
ONE FINANCIAL PICTURE
Trips in one place. Expenses in another. Miles and tax questions somewhere in between. Financial OS is being built to connect those pieces in a view that makes sense for drivers.
See where we're headed04 / THE ROAD AHEAD
The direction is ambitious.
Availability should be unambiguous.
Plaid-based account connection, transaction synchronization, and vehicle-expense processing are being developed and tested. Automatic transaction connectivity is not presented as a production-ready capability.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
The project includes work on authenticated backend access, encrypted storage, and secure credential handling. Implementation and device-level verification are still ongoing.
The app remains a single-user development system. These measures are not a claim of complete security or production readiness.
This informational page has no account forms, bank connections, or financial-data entry.
BUILT FROM DRIVER EXPERIENCE
Was that time on the road worth it? What did the car cost today? How much should be set aside?
Financial OS starts with the practical questions behind rideshare work. The goal is simple: help drivers understand the business they are already running.
CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT
Financial OS is taking shape as a mobile app for rideshare drivers.
Public availability and release timing have not been announced.
Built with the real economics of driving in mind.
